		<description>Not at all, calling the phone numbers listed on the listings are the best way to schedule a showing.  House is now taking back up offers, we came to an agreement with an agent and his buyer this week end.  If we can sell before we put into MLS, we like to sell that way as it sometimes makes financing easier for the buyer.  

Our houses do tend to go fast, so if you or a buyer are interested, call and look at ASAP</description>

For a average retail price on an average house, I would put on a new roof and gutters and clean!

For the higher end values you would want to update kitchen and baths with a higher grade cabinet and fixtures, not your home depot special.  Paint with the trendy colors and keep the original wood work original.

cost will depend on quality of materials used and the labor.

A do it yourselfer could probably do everything for about $15,000 and then the home owner that knows nothing about renovation could spend $100,000.  If I were to renovated I would put in about $25,000 approximately  and I don&#039;t own a hammer or a screw gun, just a telephone and rolodex.</description>
