Meet the Team

Donald Tucker

Don Tucker started our company Tucker One Properties, Inc. in 1999.   Coming from a Construction Management background he has worked in environmental, new home construction, home remodeling, and the mortgage industries.  Combining his 20 years plus skills into Tucker One Properties he has been buying and selling and renting homes in the Kansas City Metro area for over 10 years.  Getting his Real Estate Broker License in 2005, has rounded out Don’s experience.  When you call in, more often than not you will find Don answering your phone call.

Kim Tucker

Kim Tucker joined Don in the business in 2000.  Coming from a retail industry as a manager at Osco Drug Companies, real estate was totally new.  Kim spent the first few years of her career as a Realtor helping both Don in his business as well as other buyers find their homes.  Joining Tucker One Full time in 2001 she has been the office manager and marketing person for the past 10 years.  And recently became a licensed Real Estate Broker.  When you do business with Tucker One, Kim will be handling your contracts and keeping everything running smoothly.  When you first contact our office by email, you will usually be in contact with her.

Joseph Reece

Joe Reece has been with Tucker One Properties, since 2007.  But he has been buying and selling Kansas City Metro Area Homes for much longer and started his Real Estate Professional Career at about age 20, helping his family manage their rental properties.  He has been a licensed real estate agent for since 2005 and became a licensed Real Estate Broker in 2008.  He buys, renovates, rents and sells homes through out the Kansas City Metro area.  When you receive a call back from our office about your selling your home, Joe may be the one making the call and coming to your house to see the property.

Paul Surles

Paul Surles is our only Kansas City area transplant, coming to us from North Carolina by way of Sprint.  Paul started his Professional Real Estate Career in about 2004 with both his own real estate investment companies that bought, sold, and rented homes through out the Kansas City Metro Area.  Paul is our other man in the field and he may be the person returning your messages and coming to see your property.
