Who are we?
We are a local Kansas City area company that buys & sells properties primarily in the Kansas City Metro. We do have contacts across the country so we may be able to work with you to buy or sell your property outside of the Kansas City Area your area.
We are also Realtors – this allows us more freedome to either buy and sell the house, refer for a fee, or list should the situation warrant. We only use the listing as a tool to put together a deal with less paperwork when the occasion arises.
What do we do?
We buy & sell nice houses and junky houses, apartments, duplexes, triplexes, some times land, and notes too! We can also help YOU find financing to put your deal together.
We do not perform the services of a real estate agent. We do not charge you commissions. We do not charge you fees. We just buy properties!
